On this page we have provided an email form that you can use to send your friends an email about P.A.I.D. and graphics that you can include on your own personal website, blog, or as an email signature that will link to our website.

Email Signature

In Microsoft Outlook, you can attach a signature file to your emails to promote P.A.I.D. Use the following directions for help on how to add a P.A.I.D. signature file. Depending on your version of Outlook, there may be slight variations from the directions below.

1) Select "Options" from the "Tools" menu in Microsoft Outlook.

2) Select the "Mail Format" tab at the top of the "Options" window.

3) Select "Signatures" at the bottom of the "Mail Format" window.

4) Enter the a name for you new signature and then choose "Start with a blank signature" and click "Next."

5) Select "Advanced Edit" and choose "Yes" when Outlook gives you a message that this command will launch an editor that is not a part of Outlook.

6) Delete all of the text in the open window and replace it by copying and pasting the text from the field below:
Please notice the areas where you will need to make an edit to your name and phone number. You probably can look at the code and notice how to add and delete information very easily.

7) Save the file and close it to return to Outlook.

8) Select "OK" and close the open windows to return to Outlook. You new signature should be automatically attached to new messages. If not, you can use the "Insert" menu option when creating a new email to add a signature.
